Random pic's, I was cleaning and looking at old pic's today.
Ate good today. Breakfast- peppers, onions tomatos and spinach with scrambled eggs.
Dinner- corn on the cob, chicken brest and a big pile of mixed veggies.
Todays workouts, well they were kinda mean.
20 kb--
6 burpees--

20 kb--
I knew I would need a break before I did my RT for the day.
todays WOD was another hero wod. Gator.
8 rounds for time.
185? front squat-- I did 95
26 ring push ups-- I did 12
19:16 20 minutes later still sweating. Can't imagine doing it rx'd
