I picked this picture because everyone should have some fun!

I am not going to try, I am going to post here everyday of the challenge. I am glad I decided to come and see where I left off while writing on here. The post before this one I was really scared of what was going on with my wife. Glad to say that things have been getting much better, we have changed up our diet, more plant based food. I have gotten her to take fish oil and we are taking vitamin D, these two on top of a multi vitamin have improved her mind and memory so much. She also seems much happier with life as well.

Me, where am I at this point in time? Feeling good, almost two weeks on the TNT plan A. This will be a full on attempt at the plan for the whole challenge. I tried it before but was not committed to the plan, so I only gave it half of the effort it needs. So here I am at 221 again and on my way down.

We got Netflix and all I have been watching is films about why our health is so bad. For all our knowledge we must be the dumbest animals on the planet!!! Killing ourselves with food and we pay people/companies to do it to ourselves, then we pay someone else to fix the problems we cause ourselves. So I am trying to step off of this merry go round. We are planting as much of our own food as we can, eating as many veggies as we can and cutting way back on the meat we have been eating. This week I plan on finding a local place to find better meat, there are a few local butchers. I figure that if we cut back on meat we will be able to afford much better quality.

Enough typing for the morning, I need to get a workout in. So good luck with your goals, so hit them hard and hit them often and see you all at the finish line.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-270568059104266102011-12-13T19:51:00.000-08:002011-12-13T19:51:26.301-08:00Loosing my friendAnyone else have to wrestle just to get here to post?

Yesterday was a strange day.
Started out doing some yoga, even got hunny giving it a try. She use to do it quite a bit, classes and such. But with all that has been going on here she stopped. We started following something online, the frustration started as she could not hear and was rushing from worrying about messing up. Having all this time together has made it where I can tell when she starts to feel overwhelmed. She really starts to panic.
So we stopped that and went to work on sun salutation, a easy sequence.
I was trying to calm her down and get her to breathe, when she went into a full blown panic attack. The rapid breathing and crying and shaking. I am like WTF "how come your panicking?" she said " I am afraid, I could not remember what we just did"
I am getting this out here because I need to. I believe that my cancer and all that went with it has hurt my wife more than me. I think the stress and strain has changed her, possibly forever. I fear so much I am loosing her, she is not the woman she was a few years ago, she was never afraid of anything. Now she is afraid with me in our living room. She says this happens to her at work, a lot. There she runs and hides. My psychiatrist is going to see her soon I sure hope she can help Helaine, it would suck if my being well came at the price of hunny's happiness :(

Sorry about that it started flowing.

A couple of pic's from the Deception pass dash. Todd and I made the run in a boat I built from an old Russian frame I got from some friends. we had Christmas lights and well the balls were blue by the time we got back. Luckily we were the only boat in our class, so we got first and last at the same time.

It was a very good workout around 6 miles with 1/4 of it against some fair current. The race is set up so the faster you are the less current you have to fight. They base the ratings on the boats length to width, a slow sea kayak is around 9:1. I worked it out for our boat it hit just over 6.5:1, yes we worked way too hard.

Our time was 1:18 minutes about at the speed I run.

This was Turkey day. My first running race ever, have to say I had a blast. Was a bit nervous never having ran with other people before. It was interesting trying to bob and weave through the crowd, took my time and did not plow into anyone :) Once out of the start and up the first hill it started to thin out a bit. I noticed who was going the same speed and found a couple with a stroller to keep pace with.

After about a mile or so legs loosened up and I started to pick people off, till I found the next marker for me.

A couple of young ladies half my age, stayed with them till a little bit of a up hill. Held my pace till we got to the bottom of the down hill. ( note it was 2 miles down hill then 1 mile up hill to the finish)

This is where I went after the guys that were my size that had been close to all the way. I knew I wanted to keep a steady pace and not blow up on the hill. So I did my down shift into low gear and started chugging, slowly the big guys started to crash and pull over to walk. I tried to keep the breath steady, man that hill was working me. About half way up all these people started to pass me, held my pace then realized it was the teammates of the people that were crashing getting on with their race.

I am getting near the top of the hill, lungs are bursting and legs are going WTF are we doing. When I start to get passed by all these little kids, I mean they were flying by me. Good thing it did not bother me too much, I got over that as I have been passed by lots of 3' tall munchkins ripping it up on the ski slopes, same thing. Later figured it out they were running the 1 mile course that fed into the 5k near the end.

Ok made the hill down into the parking lot for the finish. No one is going any faster than they were up the hill, screw this. I open it up as much as I had left, bet I passed 25 people in the last 150'. Ran through the finish without killing anyone, walked out the back side till I caught my breath. Hunny and the friends that came to cheer found me. It was awesome to see the smiles on their faces, they were so happy for me which made me very happy as well.

My first race was just too much fun. Yeppers there are more on the way.

Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-63341340960891190722011-08-22T19:35:00.000-07:002011-08-22T19:47:56.672-07:008-22-11Ok, the PLP is getting to be no funand I am only half way there. Not really it is not too bad it is all the other stuff I do with it. Like 100 45 lbs KB and 26 burpees today. So 30 was the count for the PLP.

I changed tactics to make it a bit easier.
10-Kb 10 burpees 10 pull ups
10 KB 10 lunges 10 push ups
10 KB 10 burpees 10 pull ups
10 KB 10 lunges
10 KB 10 push ups
10 KB 6 burpees
10 Kb 10 pull ups
10 KB 10 lunges
10 KB 10 push ups
10 KB
It is not that much eaiser. I then did a very Baby "Isabelle" 30 snatches with 65 lbs in 2:13 Should of gone heavier, next time I will do the girls weight :)

I have been getting in more protein, I was feeling very drained. I am happy with the weight loss. I want to go a bit farther with it, then worry if I have lost any muscle. I don't think I have, just not much endurance.

Make this a great week.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-48744040606121501852011-08-20T19:10:00.000-07:002011-08-20T19:19:36.157-07:008-20-11Well, I went out this morning to get in my Kb's and burpees in. I have to say this was the first time I believe I bonked. I had not ate since 4 pm the day before, I could tell while out there. The last 50 KB's just killed me. I broke the up way too much, I actuall thought about not getting in my 100. I pushed through it.

I have been remodling part of the kitchen this week. So when not working out I am doing that. I hate waiting for mud to dry.

6-ish got out and hit my PLP 28 reps today. I have to say lunges are way easier with out the wall ball and back pack with weight. Almost like cheating :) After 30 will be back at the extra weight.

Hope you have a super weekend.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-77881767922474397292011-08-17T19:19:00.000-07:002011-08-17T19:27:21.750-07:008-17-11I decided to break up some of the excersizes I have been doing, they were getting too much. So today I got out early and did the KB's and burpees. 50 KB's then 16 burpees, then finished up the 50 other KB's. I had to break up the last 50, got to 35 then break.

At lunch I got out and ran 3.6 miles. Legs felt like crap, they did not want to work at all. They started to feel better around mile 1. It was not the fastest run but I did get it in.

Then after dinner I went out and did 25 reps of PLP. So glad I get to drop the pack tomorrow. Might be easier on me tomorrow, I hope.

Have a great day tomorrow.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-87093453525407867952011-08-16T20:24:00.000-07:002011-08-16T20:43:11.761-07:00<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjYNLG_nlGskPlhwO-Cz91wz13P3NcHDVYPwgSsfMNrtEm4yofeSc1Oz7bZoAmIBrPXtqLl68HbqtDxUBWL-bhyphenhyphen1ebNfi6oXUYHS04K0m18Ls5GmrqL_87CjMtBsLeaotgrbt9_0Pc_HGA/s320/DSCF1148.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5641661226553417730" />

Between changing out three electrical boxes to one and plumbing in for the ice machine it took 5 hours. Do you know how much water squirts out while your running from the valve 150' away? Do that a couple of times and when hunny got home I was pretty pissy.

I went out at 7:10 to get in my 100 KB, 14 burpee's, 24 PLP. Man the lunges turn's my legs to jello. I leave quite the puddle on the mat.
On to tomorrow!Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-66022743634514716752011-08-15T21:13:00.001-07:002011-08-15T21:21:47.858-07:008-15-11Nothing much going on today. I have been remodel all day. Coated a bedroom, reframed the entry to our bedroom. Then got the rock up on all but one wall in the kitchen.

I timed my warm up today 19:02
100 KB @ 40 lbs
12 burpees
23 reps of PLP with weights in pack.

I then did back squats 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 I topped out at 205, not a lot but I felt pretty good with it. I should be up at 265-270, I will get back up there.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-47434579637747843082011-08-14T20:24:00.000-07:002011-08-14T20:38:04.888-07:008-14-11Well I missed posting yesterday. Not much new, KB's, burpees and PLP then into push jerk from behind the head. 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Not much of a jerk more like push presses. I can't get my knee's to bend to get under the bar. I got up to 150 lbs. I was done after that.

Today, I got up early and got in a nice 2 mile run. Then spent the rest of the day working on the house. I got the closet framed up and the room hung and taped. That leaves only a little corner of the kitchen to rock and I will have replaced every piece of wall in our house.

I did get in my Kb's--100 burpees--10 PLP--22 after the second set of KB's I then put on the pack with 15lbs in it. Man o man, doing the lunges with the pack and the wall ball overhead is plain mean.

I hope you have a great week ahead of you all. Give it your best.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-73489708015221152812011-08-12T19:06:00.000-07:002011-08-12T19:20:50.282-07:008-12-11<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYxoGSFtLbf16Z-rIP6Cd8ymQjP812LxGiJS0X8i1GPeBxyE5ExvDo9nHZGBnfSgeB3N54w5AfRA3SX0gI0sB-QP2mM2TzkPCGTVpjPYYRcNpvUj2W3Xpb4yGv7DY7sKdagHXVzmAgeUo/s320/surf+and+kids+006.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5640157618211410290" />
19 pull ups--
This got a good sweat going.

I took 5 minutes then set up the deadlift @ 185
The crossfit workout of the day was,
as many rounds as you can do in 12 minutes.
400 meter run
5 DL
I got in 4 full rounds @ 11:58 I gotta tell you this was my first runs since doing in my back. So it was quite the test for my back, I was gasping for air after the runs but I made sure I set myself for the DL. Could I have gone heavier? Maybe, could I have been done for a few weeks as well, sure. So great choice on my part.

Hope you all had a productive day as well.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-89962487646724232302011-08-10T16:15:00.000-07:002011-08-10T16:49:59.342-07:008-10-11<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 240px; height: 320px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwPSONF5dtmBkhsx0Yn0H7ChoI3tG9fEL8-QtdJgOah7p8oJAdzpIFTwWTSLr-qut9-7axATVJHCDj2zVild8U0AfUuIATVXRiR6ugl7nyPPaE-1PPz-mo2gaTU2ZPVkJiOJI65DKDXa0/s320/DSCF1141.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5639370449907480850" />

At the end of the 7 day mini. 6 lbs difference from then to now.

Started the 52DC today. Lots of stuff going on around here. I am seeing a phycologist, hoping to get me out of my funk, time to get on with life. Dr has me on wellbutrin it has really helped me.

I have not lifted since I threw out my back during the last 52DC. It feels really good. Todays workout started with
20 Kb @ 35 lbs--
2 burpees--
20 KB--
PLP 18 pull ups (no extra weights) I had used a backpack with 15 lbs in it to do my PLP up to 15 reps. I will go back to the backpack @ 20 reps.
20 KB--
18 lunges (these I do with my 18.8 lbs wallball overhead. I do these also with the backpack, so I did these with 34 extra lbs with the pack.
20 KB--
18 push ups (I start wide, then bring them in as I get tired) W/backpack too.
20 KB--

Then on to front squats. Nothing impressive but I did them and could walk after. Started @ 115x3-- 125x3-- 130x3-- 135x3-- Started to fall forward in the squat so called it good.

Food: Onions, bell and sweet peppers, spinach and ham. Eggs were on the side, 4 of them. Steak and some beans and 1+ cups of mixed veggies, for dinner.
After doing the 7 day mini our eating has changed, we eat twice a day now. Breakfast is later in the morning 8-10 ish. Dinner has been early for a while, before my wife goes to work, 4-4:30. Snacking has disappeared all together, no dairy and the only wheat I have is a wrap, PB and banana for breakfast, twice a week.

So since the last challenge I have lost 15 lbs. I am going to work very hard to keep it going.

Both of these are a norm around here.

Headache lasted till around 10-ish this morning, then vanished for the day. My bet it is from no coffee. Well that is what I am going with.

Day 2 of the PLP. I put 20 lbs in a backpack, not happening, could only get half way up with the band. Dropped it down to 10, it made it work getting my chin up over the bar. Did the lunges with my wall ball, a bit tougher. I took my push ups to as far as I can reach. I can tell the burpees really helped with push ups.

Felt a bit tired today, of course it looked like a nice fall day here, might of bummed out the day some.
Have a great day.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-77781839407317759102011-07-24T19:24:00.000-07:002011-07-24T19:40:06.975-07:007-24-11<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh46VCY4h4GI6wg7RLM96_8Bl2PvpkbcrpdsxUxJxXdYop-e9zT9ecLoFsPJJPBkO7-S6WpeAiwMU56q_dJyigM9H5yeXM0UKsvklOLZGGMXBVc0u6SUPoxCnrinB0-c5PAlHhpexNB4Yg/s320/DSCF1020.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5633112041400876066" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh92fDq940S5J_LBjKtCb_roCinvd0RPXnjrhFlxEPu3p1u6J88I91L5ZJocZvqIFkSE01NTUHUxDBireydZtt_reVxnQXf3I4hjrTlB9Ic0QNixI_nDYjnQ413i0rvcY9Bih1zd2g4Zgg/s320/DSCF1021.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5633112035516714946" />

We will see if anyone can notice a change.

<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoG37pXp3XQWq_VrRWiT1G2U48qeYyE7PO0ne1efwV71N2jvGTOeP9cICZB-vwaaHw__uGewAE8RjInkwXvh23Ofy6RRlYkQ9_f8wXrItPvParl0K1-zqAJm7OAyM2zzaAuEh5kCjf1D4/s320/DSCF1024.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5633112032139224370" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgnDiYfNXEYmiX5cqOcTuyJjn1RabaPZVdH47iZ-IQLyMQqiT4eBR09Ihs_h57PUE6ymUkrcP1ZLXX3Qg88EmJ9qICv-nIF1bk_VA1xwp-cMoEK71fxWs8-_ITM5ciYF5PBchDK5CVMNhk/s320/DSCF1019.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5633112029957645058" />

Top on is lunch. My last run was 3.6 miles in 32 minutes. Felt like a good run. I then got in my 32 burpees, might have to shift them to their own workout. They are taking a toll as a warm up or after a run. Still hitting them undroken.
Time to find a race to do. There is a race in October but it is a half, for a good cause. A mom who lost her son, he commited suicide when he came back from war. She is working to keep other soldiers from the same fate, very worthy cause. The local running store has a training prgrom set up 50.00 for 15 weeks of training. 50.00 for the race, I figure I could sign up and be happy even if I don't get to run the race. 13.1 sounds like a very big number right now, but in October who knows. I think the training would be worth the money easily.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-5514397900937726972011-06-14T20:48:00.000-07:002011-06-14T21:14:54.147-07:006-14-11Well, I finally did it, I broke down and went to a real running store for shoes.
Really glad I did, very friendly full of info that I really needed to know. So I ended up with a pair of light weight trail runners, 9 oz each.
Well, then I needed to take them for a run. With the way the treadmill was acting up I decided to try my normal 5k run outside. When I walked it the other day it killed my sinuses, scotch broom was in full bloom. Pretty but killed any chance of breathing through my nose.
So from our driveway to the turn around and back is 3.6 miles. I took the first 1/2 mile for my warm up. From there it is a up hill start on the road till I hit the state land, which changes to a logging road. There is a hill in the middle of the run, well it is up to the middle then down the other side.
I started @ 6 pm. With warm up, the 5k and 28 burpees when I got back home, 47 minutes total. It felt very good, I am ready for a real run. I will pick one soon, as to keep the momentum going.
Hope you had a great day.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-6815840945509318812011-06-13T06:15:00.000-07:002011-06-13T16:34:25.774-07:006-13-11BRUTAL!!!
All I can say about the whole weekend. I do have to say Those Crossfit women are tough as frickin nails. They never stopped, shredded hands, weights I could not pull and a shit load of work. Very stout work.

Saturday in our area after each round looked like a bad day in a hospital room, blood and gloves all over the place. There were pools of blood and chunks of flesh on the equipment, nasty stuff. Hard core stuff.

With me, well the weekend pretty much hosed me with my food. Not enough and not at the right time. No where near enough water, so up one pound this week for the 5%.
back on track today, well after I rest for today. All I have planned is burpees day 13 so 26 today. Not sure if they are getting tough yet as I have been doing them after I got home at night. So tired, I would robot through them so I could eat after.

Think I am gonna go nap. Have a great day.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-47370638685424146732011-06-09T17:05:00.000-07:002011-06-09T17:20:43.025-07:006-9-11<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEglcJaDiaInOuu1nKOQKBjLi45KBvIDZGBGGFwPd56t2tf-Kgn7hSKw_OJdQq92sctmYGYFugoLImBAsPOELwcnKcReL6dsMI-ivzTttQQ5dJGs2TwN5dVGHXWFVcjiGyvn_2hEI7SChqQ/s320/253574_232049476811096_214923718523672_1114638_805485_n.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616378978905914178" />
<img style="cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 213px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjB1xde5_tAbiz7DELYr-IqK66n4xdR-uHPhI07g8w9ddNbZ-ZZUmhVLyYSBPOAF5b0C2uQfze4c4YWJG3YFUN6cpR8qX9BeKEYJIN148ieW4YA9Eatal4zqYtG-UxxDJH29KC4nH6yryw/s320/254336_232046896811354_214923718523672_1114593_7931127_n.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5616378969459058482" />
Yesterday was a funky day.
I got in my burpees in not too bad. I started my week 9 day 2 run, 15 min in everytime my foot hit the belt it stopped a bit. I thought it might be my crappy shoes, so changed up to my VFF's. Still the exact same problem, so I called it because it was getting to my back. I then got in the WOD.
2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 push jerk
95-115-120-125-130-135-140-145-150-155F

Today Thursday, I was helping out setting up the gear for the games. OH man, lot like work. Lots of lifting and moving steel plates, bolting more stuff on them then moving them again. Making plywood platforms, it was alot like work. I feel plenty whooped from it. Gonna count it as a RT.
Still have to hit my burpees, as soon as dinner settles.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-70324635178410145532011-06-07T19:51:00.000-07:002011-06-07T19:59:04.950-07:006-7-11Not much going on today. Hosted for the day, boy I wish I could type faster takes me forever :) It is all good I get to learn more about everyone. Looks like the 5% is really going well for the first week. lots of weight loss.

Legs are a bit fried, have gotten in lots of leg work these last few days. I got in burpee day 7 - 14. Nothing more for the day.

I am hoping to get in more than 4 hours sleep tonight, not getting no where near enough sleep. This weekend I think will be tough. 4 days of Crossfit should be fun.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-18400567801197537772011-06-06T21:34:00.000-07:002011-06-06T21:54:23.633-07:006-6-11Today was a full day of workouts,
First off I did my 12 burpees. Then I got in week 9 day 1, my run the other day was a really good day as today it took me 5 minutes longer. Could of been the workout last night that did me in. Then to finish the day I got in a RT, good warm up then worked on snatch balance, never tried them before. Nothing impressive going on there, up to 70 lbs. With a 5x5 on the bench, 135x5 145x5 155x5 160x5 135x14 max reps.

Hosting tomorrow, always fun. I am getting all pumped up for the NW regional games this weekend. Should be a very energizing time, last year was.Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2519172276839305345.post-62538223473667426312011-06-05T20:51:00.000-07:002011-06-05T21:09:33.342-07:006-5-11Today started out very slow, then got slower. On the road by 3:55, two hours and a bit and I am standing on the beach. Off shore winds, sun shining and surf. It was low tide so the waves were ripping along, very fast for someone who has not had much time in the boat lately. I got some good rides well more like running for my life :) I got in two sessions then packed the boat and gear up.
Then I went for a run along the path through the sand dunes, it is concrete not the best thing for my joints as all I took with me were my VFF. I measured the run last night with google earth, It said it was close to being 5k, perfect. Legs and joints were very stiff. I did not warm up any, that did not help. I got going slowly, loosened up by the turn around, the trip back felt very good. I did not time it but it felt short, I know there is no way I was moving faster than normal.
When I got home I timed the songs I listened to on it, 21:17. So the run was more like 2 miles maybe a bit more. I am stoked that I got in a outside run, at the beach in the sun in Washington state, a very rare thing.

Yes, I did my burpees on the beach in my dry suite. Warm ups must be rubbing off on me because I spent 10+ min on the beach stretching. Like I said a really great day!!!Olalladavehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17885991632076676127noreply@blogger.com0
